I ordered kappa beef (Cassava and beef) two weeks ago and I have to say it was the worst ever food I had ordered in Toronto,... coupled with poor customer service. This was the third time I am served with STALE, ROT food. This time it was more nastier????. The moment I flipped the lid of the container (just after 10 minutes of drive back home), it was reeking. I didn't haveany option other than trashing it. Soon I contacted the staff and I was surprised with their response. They told me that theywould remove the food at the counter since I had that complaint. However, they didn't offer a replacement/refund. This isindeed the worst Kerala food restaurant in GTA. I am unhappy that the Google doesn't have the option for "No Stars". Read more
