Such a pathetic experience. We ordered an amount of thirty chicken biriyaani for a Malayali community event the biriyaani we got... were stagnated and smelly. This was the most disgusting incident we ever had in a restaurant in canada. The most annoying factwas that when we pointed out this problem to this shop the way they talked to us was really horrible and we were stunned. Theywere too rude and didn?t accepted their fault. I ordered kappa beef (Cassava and beef) two weeks ago and I have to say it was the worst ever food I had ordered in Toronto,... coupled with poor customer service. This was the third time I am served with STALE, ROT food. This time it was more nastier????. The moment I flipped the lid of the container (just after 10 minutes of drive back home), it was reeking. I didn't haveany option other than trashing it. Soon I contacted the staff and I was surprised with their response. They told me that theywould remove the food at the counter since I had that complaint. However, they didn't offer a replacement/refund. This isindeed the worst Kerala food restaurant in GTA. I am unhappy that the Google doesn't have the option for "No Stars". Read more
