The decoration style of this coco is very atmospheric. I like drinking milk tea in the office here, which I think is a kind of... enjoyment. I see the staff will disinfect it from time to time. A glass of water is always available when I need it. Read more

This store gave me the worst experience I ever had within the food and drink service industry. I rarely write bad reviews, but... for this, if I could I would give it a no-star. After I walked in I waited in line, when is my turn, I placed my order in anormal polite manner. Maybe she didn't hear me well, I'm not the expert, but the normal way to respond is somewhat like "I'msorry?" or "excuse me?" or "could you repeat?". But instead she looked at me really rude like I owe her money or something andsaid "huh!?". This already made me kind of want to leave, but I stayed and repeated my order. This time I tried to say it slowerI'm more clear. However, right after I repeated my order the phone rang, after it rang twice she picked up the phone. I thoughtshe's just going to pick up the phone and ask the person on the other side to hold like all the other places will do. So Iwaited, but instead she started taking their order on the phone. I was so shocked that I was frozed for a sec, then I realize Ineed to speak up for myself. It's like when you see someone budding in line you need to say something. So I said to her "excuseme, but shouldn't you be finish taking my order first?" She looked up at me and still with that I owe her money face, notapologetic at all, and put her hand up like signaling me to shut up?and said "hold on!" and kept on taking order from the phoneline. Order bubble gaga with extra sugar? but it?s taste pathetic and wierd. After I replaced with brown suar latte as mostly I order... that but that?s also made like just milk ? staff is not friendly at all and so rude? despite correcting order, willing to chargeextra even i downsized my drink? The taste is different than other stores. And the pearls are not cooked thoroughly, you can taste the powder-like substance in... your mouth. Just go to another store if you want a better milk tea. I haven?t had the uncooked pearls experience in any otherstores except this. It is just too bad, I will just throw mine away. Read more
