I see all the menu items , they have is a great options to choose from . More over the staff is friendly . In the lower Food Court area of the Scarborough Town Centre is a Cultures restaurant. Before coming here, I browsed the... Cultures website and menu which includes wrap/panini, marketplace salad, gourmet sandwiches, culture bowls, mighty salads....andquiche. Today, my choice for a healthier lunchtime meal was the Cultures Bowls featuring fresh toppings on warm brownrice. There were 7 different signature bowls to pick from on the website but only 4 were listed on the menu board. Preetgreeted me and I said I was hoping to get the "Miami" but it's not listed. "No problem, I can make it for you if you know theingredients!" was Preet's reply. Really? Well, I just rhymed off roasted eggplant, pepper, sweet potato and zucchini, alfalfasprout, chickpeas and creamy sesame vinaigrette. Asian sesame dressing was substituted as there was no creamy sesame. My mealwas surprisingly so much better than I had expected "for a $9.59 (plus taxes) bowl" and very filling. It was a greatcombination of fresh ingredients that created a flavourful & delicious taste. Customer service from Preet was excellent andfriendly! Bravo...I will return! Read more
