None of the employees wash their hand after touching the computer screen. I witnessed 4 employees that did not was up. One... returned from a delivery with his coat still on grabbed a bunch of toppings with his bare hands to make himself a pizza. Themanger came out the back holding a wad of cash, bills and change, put it in the till and went to grabbing pizzas out of the ovenand cutting them. Actually the worst pizza I've ever had. I've been a fan of Domino's pizza for years, but this is awful. I put a generous tip... on top of a $4.75 delivery fee, and delivery person didn't even ring the bell, just left it on the porch - ice cold. Neverorder from this location. Had domino's pizza from other locations plenty of times before but this time i felt like it doesn't even worth paying $18 for... large 4 topping pizza at this location. The pizza had barely got any cheese on it. They charged chicken as 2 toppings but it waslike only 1 chunk per slice. They don't even know how to add spinach to your pizza, added it to the very top and it was burntand tastes awful. Read more
ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! They just randomly tossed the chicken on top of already made pizza which was probably made for someone... else. Toppings were just tossed on top. Staff was absolutely rude. Read more
New Manager Needed !!! Called ahead to order a pizza specifically told them to make sure the pizza isn?t burned, but of course... it was. Then they remade the pizza second time, Paid for extra cheese and this is there extra cheese. This place needs a newmanager since the manager is not aware of how a pizza should be made. Received my order today and it was completely wrong. My wife and I ended up calling the location and speaking with a manager who... was completely rude and inconsiderate. He actually became irate on the phone and would not refund the purchase or credit theaccount. The only option that was provided was a replacement pizza, which would have taken 40 minutes to arrive. The managersname is Khurram. Very poor customer service. Love Dominos as a company but this establishment is horrible. I ordered a BrooklynStyle Pizza. Read more
I ordered using my Dominos online app a pizza for pickup which gives me 10 reward points towards a free pizza that can be... redeemed when I reach 60 points...essentially 6 app orders. Today?s choice was the $7.99 one topping medium special. Now, youhave so many choices for that single topping but I?m a pepperoni guy! The store is efficiently run and the staff were verycourteous! This Dominos location is south of St Clair Ave on Pharmacy Ave. It?s the end unit in a strip plaza with 5 otherbusinesses. Let me get back to enjoying my pizza! Read more
