My nieces were talking about this place non-stop so we all decided to go last week. It was busy, first day of March break, and... only two girls were working. Can't remember their names but they were very friendly and patient with us when we ordered. Theyexplained that cones are baked fresh for every order, so we were expecting a long wait, not a problem. I didn't like howexpensive the cones were though, especially for how plain they taste. Dairy Queen/Laura Secord/Yogen Fruz/McDonalds are allcheaper and taste great. I asked the girl to add extra drizzle to my youngest niece's cone and she happily did so. BUT when mygirls ran off to take pictures of their cones a man came behind the shop and complained to one of the workers that she gave ustoo much toppings??? And then he was on his cellphone at the cash register while other customers were still waiting for theircones. If those nice cashiers were not at this store I would give negative stars. Won't return. The staff, Christina?, were very warm, welcoming and curteous. She took us through the different types, variations and explained... the loyalty program. The order took about 5 minutes to make, including two orders ahead of us. We ordered the vegan ice cream,after being provided with a small sampler, which was very sweet and tasty. The chimney was nice with a lindt chocolate at thebottom, it was however it was not as exceptional as the ice cream. A nice experience though comes at a price :) Read more
Ice cream is great and I am glad it spread BUT the cashier/servers were not very friendly and seemed to dislike working there.... It wasn't busy, yet it took them a very long time to get my ice cream and cone prepared. In fact, it took longer than when Iwent to the downtown location which was much busier. Read more
They roll the cakes in front for you and bake it fresh. It?s clean inside and the staff are very friendly. The cones are... delicious and all choices are very unique. You can also build your own cones. The cakes are to die for! They have very highstandards of service, ingredients and cleanliness. Note that it is cashless so you pay by card. You can also go to guestservices and buy a gift card if you need to. Would recommend! Read more
