I used to love this place especially on random days that we are craving shawarma wraps. The portion here is good and price is... decent. You also have a lot of options to add-in to your sandwiches. However, lately, it has been such a challenge with thisplace because they never follow their business hours. There has been random days at 4pm after picking up my daughter from schooland they are closed. There has been random times as well that we waited and walked around the mall for over an hour and comeback to them still being closed. We have also tried other days to call ahead during business hours to make sure they are openbefore we come and they don't answer their phone. Very unreliable. Read more
I gave it 4stars because: 1. Customer service is good 2. Price is reasonable for what you get. 3. Workers follow health and... safety regulations(wear gloves, hair covered, and keep everything clean) 4. Choice of different salads. I took one star offbecause my chicken was too salty yesterday July 19,2022 in my chicken shawarma wrap and my friend's wrap too. I told my friendmaybe it was salty because it was end of the day and he was giving us left overs. When I say salty I mean I could barely finishit. Today I came in to order chicken shawarma plate, I came home and first thing my wife said was "chicken is very salty" Itried it and it was just as salty as last night. Today we visited this shop for something quick to eat as everyone was very hungry while shopping in that mall. The girl working... there today was very friendly and she served us very nicely and politely. We enjoyed rice, fried vegetables and fish. That wasvery good food and everyone enjoyed that. I think the customer service provided by that girl made all the difference. Amazing !! Read more
date visited : August 08, 2018 Happened to stop in since I was craving chicken shawarma, and this resto had recently opened, it... had replaced ?Crack Me Up?. Owner is really friendly, service is okay, due to only 2 people working at time of visit. Food : Iordered a Chicken Shawarma, no complaints really, except maybe the pita quality was too thin? It happened to tear quite easily,and I didn't have any sauces added other than hummus and the garlic spread. I've had chicken shawarma at Shawarma Twist andtheir pita is good and doesn't tear and has some chewiness. The same day, I came back with my wife and we ordered a chickenshawarma platter. We thought it was supposed to come with rice..but we didn't receive any..we did get 3 different types ofsalad with our chicken shawarma platter (potato salad, couscous salad and barley salad) Found the Chicken Shawarma to be veryfilling. This is the first shawarma resto I have been to that currently does not offer a 2 shawarma combo, hopefully they mayoffer that combo in the future. Due to that this resto is relatively close to our home, we are likely to return when we haveChicken Shawarma cravings and possibly to try some of their other offerings. I like the fact it is open kitchen concept, andyou can see exactly what the cook is doing and preparing your food. Value for money spent : Pricing is fair for 1 singleshawarma wrap. Ordered the omelet It was really terribly made. Onions were so big and the chicken was in big chunks. No salt or pepper added... nor given separately They serve tea in the combo but today they had no tea or coffee so I had to buy separately fromMcDonald's I used to like their breakfast alot ..but today's experience was worse.
