WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My husband and I ordered Mediterranean and Rex max bowl and oh my it was soooo bad. We got home and... opened the bowl and we saw that they forgot to put the cheese and we called & told them that there is no cheese and it?s so dry.They said sorry we are closed and nothing we can do. It was my first time. This is what I got for 8 dollars and the bowl was not even half. I didn't get any protein. Taste was... worst. After this meal I had to go another food store because it was not enough for my dinner. I paid 6 dollars for Smoothie andthe Smoothie was tasteless I felt like I was drinking water. It was my first time eating in this resultant. Their advertising on the window caught my attention. I ordered the Pangoa bowl,... superfood soup and cranberry coconut frozen yogurt, and they were all delicious, healthy, filling and affordable. Therestaurant is clean and cozy, the service is excellent, friendly and fast. Will definitely return and recommend! Read more
Just had to order through a screen located at the cash register...can you find a more impersonal way to do business?! Hey... Freshii some people still like to interact with humans!! Ditch this ridiculous concept. Your business / marketing model is basedon health and connection, this does not speak to that messaging. So sad that this is what the Freshii experience has come downtoo. UPDATE: GOT HOME TO FIND NO DRESSING / wrong order. I'd go back or call to complain but what would the talking screenpossibly do?!?
