JTG never disappoints with their regular meals. Been a regular customer over the years for flavourful items and affordable... prices. Now we tasted the veggie and meat poutine options. They are under <$10. Lots of properly cooked potatoes with cheese andgravy. Tastes better than traditional heavy poutines. Will recommend. Read more
Today I ordered food from jimmy the Greek , And I was surprised with the portion how small it was . Like u pay for a plate more... than 30$ to get 2 skewers of thigh chicken very small and dry pieces. With 2 potatoes. Trust me guys the pieces of the chickenis like veryyyy tiny . Yesterday around 6 pm,I was at scarborough town centre, which is about 15 kilometers away from my place of residence. My husband... and I was very tired and went to jimmy the greek to eat. First of all, the quality of the food with all Jimmy the greek branchesis so high,such as Vaughan mills , Centerpoint ,Hillcrest,...but in scarborough town centre was completely different and verypoor quality. After I ordered my food, I asked them to give me empty plate as usual!!And they told me firmly and seriously witha frown, if you pay, we will give you an extra plate, and if you want to get the money back, you have to come back tomorrow!andtalk to the manager !!!!it was interesting and seemed really funny was that I really thought they were playing a joke on me,that is, only this one branch treats its customers like this, unlike all the other branches, and do I have to go back and forthfor about 30 kilometers in order to not have an empty plate and get my money back???? I will solve this funny problem an extraplate, and all three ladies who were there treated me with a behavior that was beyond the behavior of customer-orientedpersonnel for not giving me an extra plate. And finally???????? after a long discussion and asking for an extra plate!!!! Theydid me a favor!!and said that this will be the first and last time!!!! that we will give to an empty plate!!!!!!! They wouldn'tgive me my money back, otherwise I wouldn't be so upset for an empty plate! I am happy that all the other branches that Imentioned have high quality food and very good behavior. Horrible customer service. Asked to customise my order with couple of more olives and no tomatoes they said it was an extra... 1.25, disappointed in the way they threw the food in to the container. It feels like the quality is slipping. Read more
Been a regular customer here. Used to love this place but their quality and quantity has gone down. Sometimes you get a good... serving of potatoes, sometimes you don?t. The last 3 times the rice has been over cooked(too much water). These are basics.You guys can do better. Read more
