Excellent customer service. I ordered chicken unknowingly close to closing time. Since they were almost closing they ran out of... chicken. The manager at the time was exceedingly sorry and offered for an exchange of dish and refund. They took care of itaccordingly and sincerely. In my opinion that?s what customer service is all about. 2nd time eating there, 3 pc spicy with mashed potatoes & gravy - The fried chicken is so on point! Nice and spicy - LOVE the... crunch on their chicken. The mashed potatoes were not bad - the side of gravy was also not bad at all - Hence the 4 stars.(Love the thickness and chunkiness of the gravy). Next time I may try some of the other sides with my combo. I was told by afriend that some of their restaurants will do "extra spicy" if requested (?) Next time I will ask. The staff was always up andvery friendly the times I've been in. The restaurant itself looked nice and clean, I would defiantly consider eating in. Decentvalue for what is being offered. We ordered chickenjoy with spaghetti to go, but when we got home, there was no chicken included in our order. I've been craving... for it for the longest time so when I opened our order and found this I was SO disappointed. Make sure to double check yourorders before you leave their premise. Read more
This location of Jollibee is much better than the one at Kennedy commons simply because of how much less people comes here. Most... of the time there are hardly any lineup. Perfect for takeout! Read more
Update after 3rd visit to this location: Although I had previously given 4-stars because ive never had any issues, my past visit... was disappointing. I was given a bucket of plain chicken when i had ordered 1/2 & 1/2, plus the wait time was quite long. Itseems from reading other comments this has happened as a pattern at this location so I strongly encourage everyone to checktheir orders before they leave. Still great chicken and friendly service, but you may not always get what you pay for (whichcan be disappointing given the price point indicates a higher level of experience). Read more
