Tried Mary Brown's first time yesterday and it certainly won't be my last. I had their 4 piece combo with taters. The taste was... amazing and chicken was freshly made and made available quickly. Its great option to have if you'd like KFC OR type taste and MBdelivers on it. The chain is Halal as well. Krishna at the front was great as well. Read more

Honestly, I was a little bit disappointed with chicken here. I purchased the 9 piece feast which consists of 9 pieces of... chicken, medium salad, medium gravy and medium tatters. I got half regular and half spicy chicken. Compared to other spicychicken from competitors beginning with a "P", Mary Browns is more spicy. Pieces are big but a bit in the dry side (not juicy).Tatters don't have much in the flavor side but you get alot for medium size and the gravy is "brown gravy", nothing special. The coleslaw salad was average as well. Total cost was just over $40. Staff are friendly and helpful from start to finish ofmy order. Read more
"Made Fresh from Scratch" is definitely is how I described the "freshness" of the fried chicken. It was "CRISPY" and definitely... "JUICIEST" fried chicken probably in my life! The staff were friendly but gave the customers the scripted line of "10-12"minutes. You have a huge line up because of "National Fried Chicken Day" with Two pieces of fried chicken and potato wedges for$4.99. I waited like 35 - 40 minutes at least give me a free dipping sauce or gravy. The manager should have been there to seethe line up. I would like to see the "extra mile" you guys treat the customer so that they will be "returning regularcustomers". : ) Read more
We went for the advertised Tuesday special, but it appeared that the staff were completely unprepared. Long lines of annoyed... customers, each being told it will be 20minutes before their chicken was ready. We ordered on line, had a pick up time of 2:10but were also told it would be 20 minutes for the chicken. Definitely not worth the $4.99 Tuesday deal. Read more
Mary Brown?s is one the best fried chicken fast-food chains that I have tried in Canada. Their chicken is fresh, crispy, spicy... and flavorful; and their potato Taters are just as good. They also have a decent selection of dipping sauces to crank it up anotch. This restaurant is in a convenient location with parking; it is not too big but, it can still accommodate severalguests; and the staff is friendly and diligent. Read more
Staff does not really care about mobile orders and they do not prepare mobile orders until you reach there (not sure whats the... point in placing order through app if its going to take much more time than in person order) I placed an order with the MaryBrown mobile app at Ellesmere location on 21 Oct, at 7:40 pm, I went to pick up my order as per app status it was ready to bepicked. But when I reached, I found out they have not even started to prepare my order, I had to wait for 15 mins and lady atthe counter was very rude and she said it takes 20 mins to refry the taters.
