Some say Mary brown?s is the best chicken chain in the GTA so I had to give it a shot. First off, they got my order wrong (I... got the closeslaw not the summer salad. The packaging was also kinda poorly put together. The chicken itself was not bad, somefry bites but mostly solid. The breading isn?t as good as some other places. This is the best fast food restaurant in this area, no questions asked. It's a little pricey for fast food, but believe me when... I say it's worth every cent. Every time I go here with a friend, we entirely forget about the conversation we were having andcan't help but talk about just how good the food is. It's beautifully prepared, and the portions are the perfect size. You leavehere full and satisfied, but never so full that it's unpleasant. You will never be dissatisfied with the service either, asevery employee I've interacted with here has been kind, and all of my orders have been completed in good time. Who knew Newfies do chicken quite well. It's good to see Mary Brown's come back in force across the GTA. New updated logo,... colours, and even a shout out to their NFLD roots with the trademark colorful rowhouses so fisherman know which one to go hometo either in the fog or after a drunken stupor. The OG mary sandwich is the best, the buffalo chicken sandwich was just a bitsoggy. Taters still the best out there. This location took forever to fill an online order though. Read more
Mary Brown?s has become my favorite to-go fried chicken franchise so, I am very happy that they opened this location closer to... home. It?s on the corner on a little plaza with parking so, it?s convenient to come by for quick meal grab? Also, the serviceis friendly and diligent, even with orders coming in from all directions. Heard of MB's and wanted to see what the hype was about. I ordered the two piece meal with a strawberry pie. Got home... anticipating a great chricken meal but to my dismay I received a one and a half meal. A wing!?! Really!?! ????. Not even KFC orPopeyes considers this a piece, its usually a drumstick, thigh or breast. If you're going to charge me $15.80 at least make itworth the cost.
