The McDonald's at Kingston Rd and Port Union Rd is definitely one of the better stores in the chain. Rarely have they messed up... my order; and their customer service is excellent. Young or mature, the staff are well trained; and always a pleasure to speakwith. The store is always tidy; and it has a very inviting atmosphere. Occasionally, the drive thru is backed up, but thatseems to be more an issue of volume, not service. Read more
Employees are stealing Monopoly game pieces from drink cups and food boxes. I stopped coming to this location because this... happened previously. The first time I let it slide, but they're still doing it 2 years later. Shameful to be honest. Read more

If you want a lukewarm to cold meal, this location has got you! Came at lunch time, drive through was busy. Staff was... overwhelmed. Multiple cars parked waiting for their order (including us). Received the order, employee dropped it off fastwithout waiting to see if it was correct (which it wasn?t). We tried to get the girl?s attention but she ran away. My husbandwent inside, asked for the medium fry that was missing and ketchup. He told the staff at the front that when dropping off themeal it would save time to wait and make sure it was correct (I doubt they cared) he also saw the girl that ran away- sheacknowledged him and continued to walk away. Honestly it?s disappointing no one apologized for the inconvenience. My husbandsBig Mac & jr chicken was ?okay? and my fries were cold. Save yourself the disappointment and skip this location. Go somewhereelse. Read more

Great location with drive thru. Plenty of seats. Food was okay and seemed fresh when I ordered dine in but always double check... your orders if they're correct. Playplace is great with separate room with seats and tables to enjoy. Big playplace howeverbeware they don't clean it all. Anecdotally when the parents pointed out there were vomit and feces, the crew just picked themup without sanitizing the area. Cleanliness is very poor in general. Garbage bins were overflowing and tables have garbage andnot cleaned. Crew was not friendly (but not rude). If anyone from corporate reads this feel free to contact me. Read more

This location is horrible. Drive thru is such a mess, and they can NEVER get the drinks right.. every single time we get a... standard double double or iced coffee there are always issues - either the cup is always leaking, wrong drink or sour. For icedcoffee they either dump a ton of sugar in it or never put sugar in it. This location sucks and should be re-staffed to preservethe brands reputation and quality of products. Read more

Food was ok. Drinks and Sodas have no syrup whatsoever. Just tastes like sugary water. I ordered a Sprite and Coca Cola M. They... look normaI but they didn't have any soda at all. Don't recommend drinks. Read more

In this McDonald's restaurant, due to the change of management a few years ago, the interior arrangement in the restaurant... became aggravated. Enter from the Entrance, for the food order counter is close to the location of the tables. The food pick-upcounter is furthest from the table nearby the Entrance. After picking up the food and drinks, you must walk long distances tothe table, crossing the people?s line for the food orders. The service of the employees also became aggravated. Shortly after10:30 a.m. this morning on Aug. 23rd , we received nasty treatment from the Shift Manager named Angie. The inside of therestaurant was remodeling the restroom during business hours. They started to drill the restroom floor with their work. We couldnot have a conversation because of the terrible noise. We complained. She didn't apologize for the situation. She said, "I can'tdo anything and told us to get out of the restaurant if we don't like this situation. Her customer relations was the worst. Shewas too young to deal with customer complaints. We wondered what kind of customer relations training she received. I suspect thecompany organization. Someone said that since the recent remodel, it has SIGNIFICANTLY gone downhill. We will never go to thisrestaurant again, despite happy hours having coffee with friends every week past 20 years. Read more
