The worst customer service at this McDonald?s. The manager herself MOISHAA doesn?t know how to talk, how to take orders and how... to serve the customers. Doesn?t know what is greeting and thanking the customers. She argued for like 5-7 minutes instead oflistening the order carefully. Highly recommend not to visit this restaurant to buy food. Worst service I don?t know why I keep giving them a chance. Asked 4x for my food to be fresh and my nuggets fries and fillet o... fish were warm-cold. I always use the drive thru at this location, tonight it's been extremely slow and I understand. I drive up to place my order,... give my code, I was told to hold. Then 3 cars from lane 2 proceeded with their orders and drove up to make payment and collecttheir orders. I'm speaking to the mic/speaker and no response. I drive up to the window and mention that I tried to order andwas told to hold and 3 orders were taken after I told to hold. My order was taken, I made payment and was told to wait atwindow. It's now going passed 10 minutes and I'm still waiting here. From waiting in line, placing my order and waiting for myorder, its been almost an hour. This is unacceptable! On top of all of this, no apology ???? Let me continue to wait, I might aswell have gone into a restaurant to eat. The hot chocolate made me cry. Their service just keeps getting worse and worse with every visit. Today I ordered a peppermint... hot chocolate and it took them 20 minutes to give me my drink. I understand it might be the way their system is, where they haveto make all their orders first come first serve. But it's ridiculous for them to make customers wait 10-20 minutes just for onedrink. Do they think customers do not have other important things to get to in their lives? It's especially irritating when it'snot even that busy and the front staff are doing nothing. I saw one of the employees being trained today, so it could be that alot of the staff are new, but why can't more of them help out with making stuff when it's not busy instead of standing waitingat their stations? Please do try and at least make an effort and achieve better customer service. I'm never returning to thislocation again. Read more
