There was cockroach in my chicken burger box. I feel like puking, as I noticed it after I ate the burger.
One of the better managed McDonalds in the area. Located in a plaza with lots of parking although it can get busy during rush... hours. Have ordered take out and delivery before and can appreciate that the staff make sure they check the orders beforesending it out to make sure the order is correct and everything is there. Read more

Comon, you don't call it large fries by just putting it in a large container
Poor service both crew and manager. I ordered from an app a mcflurry and hot fudge. The person who did my order (male and curly... hair), after he made it, he placed it to the side table near the counter. And nobody notice those orders placed on the table.Both crews and the manager ignored it, its like they didnt see anything on that table. For the sundae machine crew, you knowwhat our order number and you didnt call our number after youve done our order. Be initiative. Since no one see those orders onthe side table, we asked the crew lady, thats our order right? Why didnt you give us. It was there for 8 minutes and I believeit is melting already. Then the lady crew took it, gave it to us and didnt say anything like "sorry". Read more
Location is great. Lots of parking. Big place got a play area for kids but still close due to pandemic. Lots of tables. Not... busy. But service a bit slow for just an order for coffee. Nice place to have a meeting with friends. Lots of shops in theplaza. Read more
Food was fine. I gave low rating because as a disabled person, there was no washroom for me and my friend and I had to struggle... up stairs. If a washroom was not available to ALL people I would not have stayed for my food ???? as my friend and I havewalkers. I went looking for a disabled washroom ???? and saw it was not available!! Kid-friendliness: One of the few Mcdonalds that still has a play place for kids. One of the better managed McDonalds in the... area.
