Redeemed 14,000 points for an Extra Value Meal but they decided to only give me the sandwich just because the value on the... receipt is $4.51. They also said that because I used the kiosk that they couldn't help me. They offered fries or a drink but notboth. If they had any decent customer service they could of given both first and look into the issue later. What is an order orfries and a drink going to cost them? 0 stars for customer service. It?s a McDonalds? like any other McDonalds you?ve probably been to. Fast, reasonably priced, and it doesn?t hurt to be located... inside the Walmart, you can do some shopping before/after. With that said though it?s only open when the Walmart is open andthere is no drive through or entrance aside from the Walmart one, for that they get 4/5. Read more
The staff were so rude and mean. I've been to so many McDonald's, and never seen any staff behave like this anywhere. Worst... service ever.
