I ordered 2 happy meals, one with the nuggets, the other with the cheeseburger. I received both with nuggets, my kid wouldn't... calm down because he hates the nuggets. Couldn't go back to reorder. I also ordered 3 comco meals bit none of the fries havemonopoly stickers on them. Read more

I went to get something light. I asked that no onions be in my meal. I was told ok at the cashier. Got my meal. Went to someone... who I was told was the manager to ask why my meal has onions. She looks at me and says that meal does not come with onions. Ican clearly see the onions. She says it is pickle. I go to my seat and google the meal. It showed that the meal comes withonions. I put my phone on record and approach the counter. Three staff came and said that is not onion. One even said googleand find out. When I confronted her with the google search she went to the back and returned with an apology. It went like this.This meal never came with onions before. It is only last year they started putting onions. We are at the end of 2022 and no oneknows this. She offered to give me another meal and I refused. I called head office and made a report. They offered me avoucher for some free food. I refused. I am not looking for free food. I want food companies to be accountable. Why lie tocustomers about ingredients just to keep sales. Thought would be quick to go nearest mcD to pick up mobile order. No response after the mobile order so i couldn?t get the... order number. 30 min later i got the my order while sitting in the parking lot waiting for the app to respond. The store isok. Coffee was handed to me dripping and i requested for tray which kindly did. By the time i got home the tray was soaked incoffee and came apart almost from the bottom. Read more

They're busy and training new people, I understand it may be a bit slow, but it still doesn't mean they should be lacking in... terms of customer service. I ordered two smoothies and had to wait for almost half an hour. It took them over 10 minutes to getme my order and when I asked why there was such a big gap in one of my drinks, that girl brought it back inside. I assumed itwould take only a second to fill it up, but no, 10 more smoothies came out in front of me for other orders and mine was no whereto be found. A girl in a different shirt, I'm assuming is the manager (Harpreet) had to ask them to make another one for me asshe saw I was getting impatient (more than 20 minutes since I stepped into the location). Very hard working staff. They've missed my orders before, but they fixed it for me. It's understandable when they're busy... accepting orders from walk-ins, drive thru, mobile app, door dash, Uber eats, and Skip the dishes all at once. I never see anyof the staff just standing around not working on a task. Thank you for your hard work! Read more

Workers always get my order wrong at this location. Came around 6:30pm on a Friday and did drive-thru. Ordered the new waffle... fries but they gave it to me at room temperature and the middle parts were a bit cold. The waffle fries also had a mix of theregular fries. Read more
