OneZo used to be so good, and in my mind they had the best tapioca, BUT not anymore! Ordered one taro milk drink last night, the... taro was so sweet and the milk is not fresh, and the tapioca was not chewy at all and it was hard in the heart. Plus, there wasa hair in the drink! The quality control is so bad. Plus, the guy made me wrong drink at first, instead of using milk he usedmilk tea. After I pointed it out, he had no apologies, and he just turned around and made another one with milk. After gettingthe right taro drink, I left the wrong milk tea that I haven?t opened yet at the counter. But he insisted me to bring it. Likethat?s not what I want, why would you ask me to take it??? Nice interior, oolong milk tea was good. Tried the cactus tapioca too but it didn?t taste like anything.

I love the boba tea here! I truly do! However the customer service is mixed! This lady specifically is rude. She seemed in pain... and irritated trying to take my order. And there?s no line or that many customers. Management needs to have better training oncustomer service. Read more

Friendly service, and a clean and spacious location. The drinks are pretty good but I find the different tapiocas that they make... in house to always be too bland or the texture is a bit off. Read more
