Great service, pizza was made on time and it?s just how I like it..
The absolute worst customer experience I have ever received from a major pizza establishment. I placed an order online and... called in store to make changes/add things. The rep that answered was named Manny. He was extremely rude, rushed me when I askedquestions, hung up on me twice, and lied about the delivery process. When I asked for his name is when he started to become niceand patient, knowing what the consequences of his actions were and attempting at damage control. He really brings down thereputation of the establishment and should be re-trained or let go entirely. Read more
Friendly but don't listen to order. I asked two people if the right ice cream was in my bag and both said yes. Got home and... definitely not correct ice cream for my daughter. Read more
Extremely poor service . Very thin pizza base and and on top of that when it arrived , I had to cut my own slices . I mean how... unprofessional! Pizza was attached at the base , was undercooked and wouldn?t come apart from the plate. ( yes , on a plate itlooked like they just took it out from the oven and packed it ) Very poor packaging .I don?t even wanted to give one star . Itwas that bad . Read more
I ordered the pizza and they put too much sauce when I took a slice all the toppings fall down and also the pizza not cooked... properly. I am totally disappointed with them and suggest everyone not to buy from here. Read more
I called them to order Pizza by using a coupon advertised and delivered by them by mail today ( Feb/ 19/2020) . But they didn't... honour the Promotion and said it is expired and they dont have that Promotion. I have attached images here to verify by othersto check the expiration date of the Promotion . Based on this experience I can scale their level or customer service andquality.I would avoid this place by all means in the future. Read more
Just like the reviews below, I would not recommend this Pizza Hut. It does taste like frozen pizza and it lacks the taste that... Pizza Hut should have. The pizza is always saucy and lacks cheese (been here many times thinking it would change but it hasn?t).There?s so little cheese that the sauce was on the top of the pizza. Will not be going back to this location. Read more
Do yourself a favor and don't bother ordering here. The food is cold and taste is not up to what you expect from pizza hut.... Service is not what you expect from paying such extreme prices for bland cold food. Read more
