Ordered two personal pizzas for pick up... They managed to only put one pizza in the box and when I called about it they tried... to blame me" oh you forgot your other pizza" HOW CAN I FORGET THE OTHER PIZZA WHEN I DIDNT MAKE IT sooo how I forget the pizzawhen you didn't even put it in the box.... then wanted to charge me a delivery fee to pick it up when they messed up. NOo food policy for Uber drivers? Uber drivers are not required to carry bags, period. If you absolutely need drivers to carry... bags, either you don't do business with Uber or give free bags to drivers. It's that simple. 99% of restaurants do not requirebags. Be realistic. Read more
This branch sucks. They are insane when it comes to safety and quality of food as I was served with a bone in chicken on my... pizza . The gentleman behind the counter was patient and very respectful. He explained what they called what I wanted so I could place... my order properly. I have never been to a Pizza Hut before. I don?t recommend coming here to get pizza. The cashier argued with me on the way they operate skip the dishes orders. He argued... with me to get the name of the order instead of giving me number. I told him most restaurants ask for the order number but heinsisted on me giving the name. Anytime a worker argues with a customer or delivery driver, it is bad service. I would highlyrecommend you go to a different Pizza Hut to get your pizza because the service and attitude of the worker I dealt with washorrible. Don?t waste your time or money there. Read more
