After a trip to nearby Agincourt pool, I decided to stop by and grab a bite with my family and a friend. Let me just say I'm so... happy we chose Pizza Nova. The service was impeccable, the pizza was hot and delicious and the wings were better than any otherpizza place's wings I've had to date. Also, the restaurant was very clean and inviting. The medium pizza we got wasn?t up to our satisfaction. It wasn?t cooked well and it was missing one topping so we didn?t eat it... all. The cashier was really rude taking our order and we didn?t get a receipt at the end. We ignore calling back the store b/cwe didn?t get the receipt to let them know that the pizza was not cooked well and it?s missing one topping ( tomato ). Thisstore should have a completely new management because they are really missing up their customers pizza orders. Read more

I stopped going here after they accidentally put pineapple on my pizza, it was supposed to be pepperoni, sausage and mushroom... not pineapple. They used to show you the pizza before you picked it up but don?t do that anymore. They are rude and unapologeticand after a series of bad experience including them forgetting to cook my pizza I stopped ordering from them. Our pizza was burnt. The pizza tasted burnt. In fact, the pizza was so burnt, the Pizza Nova store tried to cut off some of the... burnt edges before delivering the pizza to us. Read more
I was told to wait for 10 min. I returned 12 min later they just took a frozen, ready made pizza and put it in the oven. After a... few minutes they served me with a warm pizza with semi frozen tomatoes on top. I will never buy pizza nova again. Read more
