30 mins from closing I ubereats'd a pizza with the special request "NY Slice." Thin crust. Not only did they meet the request,... the KNOCKED IT out of the park. This slice would make even Dave Portnoy proud. Thin, crispy, airy, light. I ate the entire Largepie despite having had dinner. New favorite pizza spot in Scarborough. Also, there's a review showing a perfectly cooked sliceas "completely burnt." Just know that the customers are NOT always right. That is how a properly cooked pizza is supposed tolook like, please don't listen to every review here, any braindead idiot can leave one. This location is a gem. Read more
A great pizazz. Much better than pizazz pizazz. You don't need the diping sauce to get the cust down. It was fantastic!

Very rude Manage : Akbar, he closes store at 1 pm and entire store was empty, he ask us not dine in and than we had to please... them and on top he ask us to eat and get out fast where hour was left to close and secondly we were talking to our loved onphone, while serving from inside he yells us at to out the volume low. I would never recommend anyone to go, and also while weasked for chilli flakes he completely refused us. Read more
Hands down the best pizza you can get. My husband and I order here regularly and never disappointed. They have a good... consistency in making the pizza and the amount of toppings that have had issues with other pizza novas. Their thin crust pizzais definitely something you want to try. What is happening to this location? I ordered a medium one topping (mushroom) pizza today and it tasted absolutely awful. The... dough was the main issue. It was really soggy and hard to chew on. This is not the first time it?s happened. About half the timeI order this issue comes up. It wasn?t the case a few years ago, but the last few years this place is getting bad. Pizza Novaprides itself on being fresher than other pizza places and that?s what differentiated them. The customer is willing to pay alittle extra for that reason. This has happened way too many times and thus I will not be buying from here again. Maybe they arecutting costs due to inflationary and supply issues, or higher rent, but it is not fair to the customer since prices have alsoincreased. Read more
