I love their services; the manager Jeannie was terrific to me; she made a particular request order for me which was much... appreciated. Typically what they have on the menu is what they make, but she offered exceptional service to make her customerhappy. Considering the past couple of years we had with covid, it was lovely having a positive experience with her because I hadsome not-so-pleasant experiences with other businesses. EXPECT TO WAIT LONG JUST TO ORDER Came in around 7 pm on a monday . They prioritize Uber eats or any other delivery platform .... There?s at least 2 people working at the time. It literally takes 10 seconds to take my order yet I had to wait 20 minutes justto order . My advice to management is to teach employees to ALWAYS try taking customer?s orders first as it is more convenientand faster, because then they?ll just be focusing on making the drinks. Read more
