Pizza is fairly decent, but the wait times are horrendous. I had to wait for over half an hour for a medium pizza to be made,... and there weren?t even that many customers there. I think that the main issue is that they don?t hire enough employees, since Ionly saw one person doing all the work. They NEED to have more people on staff. Read more
Wow, I never knew Regino's pizza could be this bad. Big difference between the danforth road and this military trail garbage... pizza. Good thing I didn't order a small pizza but got 2 slices instead , you charge 3$ for half a slice ?!?! , You charge 11$ for a... small pizza whey you can get a medium at pizza pizza for less? . Terrible pizza and customer service. I used to order from this location all the time but their quality has REALLY gone down... hill. I ordered an XL pizza and asked for extra sauce. When I picked the pizza up it looked dry so I asked if they added theextra sauce and the cashier assured me that they did. When I brought it home and tried it, it was very dry, even more so than aregular pizza, obviously they did not add the extra sauce. I called to ask if they can give me a replacement and they told methey would call me back but did not. I had to call back 3 times and eventually spoke to the manager. He told me that they couldnot do anything and that it was dry because I picked it up 15 mins late, which was ridiculous for 2 reasons: a) I picked up whenthey told me it would be ready, b) I have had pizza from tons of other restaurants before and never had a pizza dry out for"picking up late". In fact I usually order enough to have leftovers the next day and never had this issue. Needless to say, Iwill not be ordering from this place again. Even Pizza Pizza tastes better than this low quality cardboard that I received. Iwould give zero stars if I could. Avoid unless you like dry tasteless pizza. Read more
Went in to get a dipping sauce. The attender refused to sell me the order and said ?this is a pizza store, I cannot help you... choose your dipping sauce here? THE WORST KIND OF EXPERIENCE EVER!!
