Horrible location! Went through the drive thru and tried to order a caramel frapp for myself and a mocha cookie crumble for my... son. They were out of caramel so I decided to get a plain mocha frapp for myself (no cookie because of the gluten). They endedup giving me two Mocha cookie crumble frapps but I didn?t notice until after driving off. Had to drag my children in the storeand explain. No apologies but they said they would make another one for me without the cookie (because I again explained it?s anallergy). Handed me the frapp and I thanked them and went back to the car. Realized shortly after it has cookie crumble in itAGAIN!! Went back in to tell them and got pure attitude from the girl who made it. She said it would take a long time to make itwithout the cookie which made no sense to me so I asked for a refund. Again no apology. Got the refund after waiting in line. Wasted a total of 20 mins and left without the drink I wanted. First and last time at this location. Never had any issues atAjax locations. Read more

I wish i could give them 0 star! I always get a refill for my coffee, all of the Starbucks i've been to they are always happy to... refill the coffee for me accept this Starbucks!!! At first they gave me the wrong order and i didn't say anything about that,and then when i ask for my refill they gave me A GLANCE, didn't say anything and walked away?? every time I come here it?s a 15-20 min wait for 1-2 drinks.. can?t follow simple instructions, asked for the cup to be lined... with caramel and I got the entire drink drenched with caramel? they can?t finish one drink without starting a new one, Iunderstand sequencing but maybe someone should show them how to do it Read more
