I buy Starbucks everyday and usually I have a great experience every time. When I went in today, I was disrespected by the... manager Kinesha, over absolutely nothing, this lady has no idea what she?s doing, and did nothing to help the situation. Iunderstand there is a labour shortage in Canada, but such a reputable company needs to do much better in there hiring process.Honestly I will not go back to this Starbucks. Truly a disappointment. Super friendly staff and from the Barista to the cashier they were always inquiring what your plans were so it's awesome
I clumsily broke a mug while lining up to pay for it. I offered to pay for the broken mug but a gentleman came by and told me... not to worry about it. And he cleaned it up immediately. I?m told this is Starbucks? standard policy. Still, the way it washandled was truly awesome. Thank you, Sir, for making an unpleasant mishap on my part turn into a Starbucks experience I?llremember forever!!! Read more
The baristas are very friendly and offer great suggestions. Seating is great. The location is quite accessible and convenient... too. I gave it three stars only cause I was here twice in one week and their wifi wasn't working both times. I blame myselffor not checking before I ordered and sat down to enjoy my drink and work the 2nd time. But they knew it wasnt working for acouple of days now (I asked). Its beyond their control, but it would've been nice if they had a sign on the door saying that theWiFi was down. That's something they could do. Read more
Every time I come to this location which isn?t often there?s a problem. My drink is alway made incorrectly, the cup is filled... 3/4 of the way, or they?re out of something. Don?t bother wasting your time coming here. Read more
Not all Starbucks locations are created equal and this location is one of the city?s very, very best. Absolutely incredible... staff who truly make an effort to get to know you and to make your day better. I particular enjoy being served by Daytona who isso kind and funny. Service is always fast and friendly, store is kept clean and organized, and very rarely is something out ofstock or unavailable here. This is also a great spot to fire up your laptop and get some work done. Definitely a location I lookforward to visiting. Read more
