I have been a long time customer of this location (Lawrence and Birchmount) but I am so fed up with them getting my order wrong... either on delivery or after I pick it up and get home and realize they have missed something or given me something wrong, thegirls at the counter are nice but the manager/owner (not sure what his position is) Indian guy is very sneaky and lies(regarding a situation with a gift card about a year ago) and the food seems to be going downhill, after tonight I will not begoing there anymore. I will only go to the Scarborough Town Centre location from now on. If I could have given zero stars Iwould have. Read more

I went there to collect an Uber delivery just now. The lady at the cashier said it will take just 5 minutes. So I just stayed.... Then another uber driver came and she gave him his food parcel. Then after like 10 minutes, she came to me and said it will take10 more minutes to get ready. She just wasted my time and I had to cancel the order and go. It's good to respect others bypreparing the orders on time since we are also doing a job. Hope the management sees this and improves on quality of service. Read more

Very dissappointed in the customer service at the Lawrence restaurant. We walked in to order take out. We ordered a rack of ribs... and half chicken dinner. I repeated my order twice to the girl working. We walked home with the take out and it was wrong. I got2 orders of ribs. I don't eat ribs. I called back got the same girl. She's arguing with me about what I ordered. I then spokewith the manager who was also very rude. He said you still have the half ribs right? He said he would deliver the correct orderif I was close enough but I must send the half ribs back. To me that is so unprofessional. A sorry about that would have donethe trick. That's my review. Consistently disappointing location as they seem to have a shortage of dark meat leg and substitute breast without consultation.... This has happened on at least three occasions when I have ordered online. Salad is unfresh yellow and container is not filledfully. Will likely go to other Swiss Chalet locations even if it means driving farther. Also in general the scene points programhas been a disaster as it is always down and you're not able to redeem points. I've talked to many employees about this and theysay it has nothing to do with them but your affiliation with them creates frustration with customers Read more

Was not happy to see our food in cardboard boxes... Not very appetizing at all! The fries were soggy. The piece of chicken was... shrunk! Half the size it use to be .. luckily the food tasted tolerable.. definitely not worth $50... Not happening again. Read more

Good fast service. My cauliflower had some black spots on it this time (so I choose not to eat it) and the last visit they... forgot my bacon bits for my ceaser salad. Other than that the staff are pleasant and quick. Read more

The worst ribs I?ve had in any Swiss Chalet by far. Two of us ordered full racks as we have many times in the past. Usually the... ribs start from the table, go across the entire plate and back onto the table. Today we were given 4 pieces each of what wereobviously left over pieces (cut off pieces from better meat) not good enough to serve to others and most likely cooked the daybefore. We both tried to eat and not complain as it?s not the servers fault for this but the food was unbearable. They repliedthey would fix it but that?s as far as it went. I sent an email as they requested and got an email that the matter was closedeven though nobody contacted me.. pretty smooth move cara foods. You come here saying you want to make it right but never followthrough! Read more
