One of my favorite Tim's to go to. Always have good service. And food tastes really good.
I went there and I order an apple cinnamon fog and the lady (the oldest one) gave me a donut instead of the tea then I ask again... for the tea and I let her know that I didn't order that and she then pretends that she doesn't know what it is and we spent alot of time like day because she kept saying that I ordered a donut not the tea, even I told her that I ordered before the sametea at the same spot and even I told her how is made until the manager came to tell her what I was asking for and then the samelady that said that she didn't what I want went to make the tea and then she slams the tea on the counter and some of the(realle hot milk) fell on my sweater. Don't get me wrong, but everyone deserves to know what customers service is. The lineup is at the door, girl behind the counter... takes your order and walks away from the counter and walks over to the drive threw. The look on the customer face is out of thisworld. Personally I don't go to that location because of disrespect and the staff stick together like glue. Hire some more staffand the customer will be alot happier. Read more
This is a kiosk store so options may be limited at times. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. It can be quite busy at... times as the small amount of staff are trying to help both people at the counter and people in the Drive-Thru so try and beunderstanding. Read more
This location doesn’t practice safe food handling procedures. I paid with cash the women gave me my change, than she proceeded... to make my sandwich and coffee with the same gloves she used to take my cash and give me my change. Read more
Staff uncooperative with customer. Not listening full orders and start preparing food (without any preparation instructions).... Order a Boston cream donut, can't find venetian cream inside the donut. I will never suggest any friend and family member tovisit this store again. Read more
Honestly this time Hortons is only good when the right kind of staff are on duty! They take orders fast, make everything nice... and fresh, are satisfying! However, slow and frustrating during the night. The staff are extremely slow to take orders and havean attitude. Hard to deal with and often mess up orders. Have to keep going back. Read more
Same order 2 different days, left one ordered Friday right one Saturday (2 milk 2 sugar)
