Every single time I go there the service and employees there are terrible!!!! Would not recommend even if they paid me too. My... order is always wrong or their always extra charging us, once mentioned of the issue its always an argument with them and theyhave nothing but disrespectful words and attitude coming from the staff who is always on the floor.. it’s unfortunate I liveright across the street, and also a known customer to the community. I wanna give 0 stars but the employees are good. Problem is I came here when I was in high school, I got kicked out for having a... tiny bag of chips (weren't opened, just had them in my bag, and I already bought a meal) Manager screams at every opportunity,and I've seen him call the cops at least 4 times on teens who were "too loud". I was there this evening and had the worst experience ever. I was trying to double confirm with the staff about my bill because... Tims often have my orders wrong. Then the staff started being very rude and impatient and she said to me - “The problem hereis you’re asking too many questions.” She was unable to explain the receipt or the total clearly. Without trying tounderstand my question and without trying to help, she showed me her attitude. Impressive. Read more
I love Guildwood Tim Hortons. The manager is very friendly and so are the staff. I never have to wait too long for my order. ... I love meeting my friends there for a coffee. And now, since they've added the beyond sausage sandwich i can enjoy a yummyvegan meal! Read more
Would give them a zero if I could. I used to be a daily customer here. The staff, especially the young men working behind the... counter, are rude and arrogant. They make fun of customers right in front of their faces, they are rude to customers whenfilling or taking orders, and the general vibe of the place is just off. I have seen these young men point and laugh with eachother at a disabled person in the lineup. The joint is also filled to the brim with equally rude high school students everyweekday. If I want a cup of coffee, this place is definitely not my cup of tea. Read more
