This tim is for 24/7 just in words not in practical because today early morning at 2:19am i went this tim and the staff was so... rude the girl who was taking the order she refused to take my order because i was not in the car I went there by walking. Andafter that I ordered by mobile app then she again refused my order. Then I asked her name she rudely answered me. Highlydisappointed by the service. Lineup is ridiculous and they gave me my bagle without the cream cheese I paid for. Always check your food before you leave... regardless of how they rush you to get out of drive through. This is not the first time this location didn't gave me all myorder . Another time was I ordered muffins but they put it in a timbits box I asked why and I opened it just to find out rightthere, there was only one muffin instead of two. Friendly but they put their priority with drive through and will allow a line up to the door with one person on cash. Meanwhile... all these people are running around in the back doing everything else. I've complained to them before and a guy complained tothem today but they don't seem to care . They just defend themselves or ignore u. I guess because most people just put up withit. Basically it's often slow service if u order at the counter. Read more

Ashamed of your service , spent over $20 for my order and staff not even provided free water in a small cup for a child .... Really where are living!! Apart from increasing franchise locations Timhortons should also fix this issues by training theirstaff!! Read more

Decent service, but the staff always rush you. its like they want you out in 1 minute. Not sure if they're being pressured by... the store manager to perform or understaffed. Also, a big problem with pan handlers in the entrance and exit of drive thru.Doesn't seem like the store owner cares... or if he's encouraging them ? Read more
