I ordered the candy cane hot chocolate from the holiday menu at Tom Hortons. Tasted very nice. Put you in the holiday spirit.
I am halal and I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich today. I not knowing big into this sandwich! I called in to tell them and... the manager Rita told me to keep the food and bring it back tomorrow. Absolute worst customer service. The female Supervisor/Manager (light brown complexion, 5'5" approx, wearing Tim Hortons visor... and jacket) is very rude and disrespectful. She treats you like garbage and makes you feel like you should be grateful for hertreating you poorly. This is the last time. literally unacceptable. Waited at the drive through to order for over 10 mins calling out and no answer. Finally when all the... cars in front drive away we drive up to the counter and the girl is taking the order of the car behind us. When questioned, shegoes ?oh I must of not heard you? - I CALLED OUT LIKE 20 mins, but okay. How did you not see the car in the camera? The lady at the cashier was so rude. She heard my husband's order wrong and didn't give him a donut. When we mentioned it, she... said that he didn't order it. Excuse me? Even another cashier lady threw his donut on the counter to him. They didn't apologizeas well. I often use this location but this attitude was my first time. So disappointed. Read more
Rude, incompetent ladies that barely speak English. I come here almost everyday, yet they cannot own up to a single mistake. I... ordered a hazelnut cold brew, it came essentially black, and I left with it cause I had no sleep and I needed something todrink. Came back a half hour later to try and mend it, and the exact same lady that served me said she didn't remember, said Ialways sit in and finish the drink and remembers me as a regular, yet has no ability to mend the situation because a quarter ofthe drink was taken. They are not even able to refill it and make it properly, when I went out of my way to revisit therestaurant and give them a chance to fix their mistake. If I could speak to a manager to fix that I'd be happy to. Read more
Worst lineups here for drivethru. 7 days a week they are understaffed and it takes 30 minutes just to get a coffee.
