The worst service I had at Tim Hortons, the manager in the morning shift doesn?t have any manners like how to treat the... customers and is very rude. I don?t understand how Tim Hortons could promote such people to the manager who doesn?t know how totalk to customers. Always have to wait for atleast 5 mins to get a coffee even though there?s no customer other than me. Worstservice and worst manager who doesn?t know how to treat customers. Read more
Worst service ever. They takes forever for just a coffee. There is no one to attend the customers and nobody even cares about... taking the orders at service. Definitely not recommend this one to anyone. Read more
Doesn't have breakfast items after 4 which is fine, but one of the outlets just didn't work. The USB slots on a second outlet... didn't work, but the plug did. The food is good and the wifi is great. Would recommend if you live in the area Read more

The store manager at this location has phenomenal customer service and knows how to gain loyalty with his customers. I am... impressed! The restaurant is very clean and lots of seating area! All the staff working this morning has great energy andattitude. I will definitely be coming back to this location thanks for a good experience! Read more

Very bad experiance. I ordered two bagles and she gave me one and said I just ordered one and when I checked my bagles thats was... horrible. It was with cream chease and I was surprise there was little cream. I dont want to come back here. Zero management.Poor customer service Read more
