Everything about this restaurant is great exept the staff.. McCowan and Pitfield Road location has a staff who denied giving us... coffee and sandwich, 45 minutes before the closing time. We went there at 10.15pm and closing time was 11 pm. She told us thatwe had to place last order by 9pm ???????? I wish I had asked her, her name! Read more
Instead of replacing my passionfruit drink with another fruity drink they gave me a sugary creamy vanilla drink.
Sadly i live 50 metre away from the location and i have a habit of having my coffee every morning. Mr harsh that works at this... location and a few other employs at this location ignores customer. I have been waited over 15 mins for a coffee, a pizza cooksfaster.. everyday i see few people walking out the store due to shortage of people or employees not helping each other better toget the on hand customer a satisfaction service. Mr. Harsh has really good customer satisfaction experience. And it opens early at 5 am. Really appreciate his service.
Terrible terrible experience. Asked for an extra small cup so I could share rhe hot chocolate between my 2 kids...and they... started saying this is not allowed by our manager and there are cameras around. I said I am not asking for any illegal stuff,just asking for an empty small cup, but they did not listen and said no...didnt even let me talk to the manager. 8f the branchmanager os reading this comment, please consider families with kids and these petty requests dont change anything or would notgive you any financial losses. 100% not worth going unless the managers there, as she's the only one who seems to care about the place.Tried to order a double... toasted bagel today, and they threw it on the grill for 10 seconds and tried to serve it to me. They didn't tell me the toasterwas broken until after I already paid. Nobody seems to understand that there's a three person limit in the store either and theynever enforce it even though there's a sign on the door. So tired of this location being low quality unless the managers thereto enforce things, and just as tired of the customers being allowed to do whatever they want and not respect the store. Not the service i once used to get here. Lines always long now. Seems like they have no desire to work. No smoke. No good... morning. Used to love this location. Not so much anymore.14 min to get 2 sandwiches and they forgot to muu 2 drinks. Staff of 2for morning rush hour. Nice. Read more
