Sad that they don't have espresso on the menu. I requested no sugar in my iced coffee and they weren't willing to meet my wants.... So instead ordered a dark roast. But that is annoying and surely incorrect, as I've had it at other Tim Hortons. Read more

the donuts and bagels here are very scarce, there's barely any different flavors other than that it's good
The staff working there is nice and also helpful. A most convenient place for me to grab a coffee and go.

Today morning I placed phone order and when I reached there drive through was empty and I was getting late. So, I went to drive... through and then guy told me eggs are not ready so just wait for 1-2 minutes on side and he will give me order over there. Iwaited on side for almost 7 minutes but food never arrived. I was getting late for my job and did not have enough time so I justleft. I reached on job late, with empty stomach and lost money. I paid for order already but even did not get refund. I knowthis review will not effect them because this store is on major intersection so customer will go anyway despite not nicecustomer service. but I wish that guy who gave me this kind of customer service will read my review and will try to to improvehis customer service so he will not ruin someone else day.
