Found a hair in my bagel and I'm absolutely disgusted
Very disappointed visiting this location today. Trying to order the loaded bowl but the lady cashier replied that they don't... have any loaded bowl available as they run-out the rice. I may not return unless you have the product as Tim Hortons marketingintroduced. Read more

Good but one time the plastic cups had a small hole at the bottom which caused it to leak on my clothes and the floor before I... noticed. The janitor was giving me death stares. Stacked a second cup but that one was leaking too. Read more

They messed up my order AGAIN. These location can't get anything right. I asked for milk in my coffee and got black. Couldn't... drink it..... waste of money and time. I went to Starbucks where they got my order right. Read more

My son ordered a crispy chicken wrap. When I told the worker to eliminate the lettuce due to his diet restriction she gave him... some potato wedges. This location is at the pan am stadium it was so clean and hardy any people. It was however during the offpeak hours. Will go back to this location again. Very clean and service was excellent. Trash food. They serve stale goods in the evening. Especially there was this Indian girl. Made my tea and did not stirred at... all. When I complained, she drained the tea and was showing me that the sugar is at the bottom. I mean seriously ? If you are anemployee then you should know what to do not the person you?re serving. And then when she gave me back she just hit it so hardthat half of it spilled. Really bad hospitality. If its their mistake. They should know what they are doing. Made my eveningeven worst at work.
