Uncanadian location- screws up your order, takes 15m for a breakfast sandwich with no lineup or reason or apologies. This... location on Multiple occasions has poor customer service, needs training and management to come in. This is appalling. Thereisn't one good thing about any experience I've had. I have a lactose allergy and they never listen when I say no cheeseplease. When they remade it - it looked like a mess......................no effort no care no empathy Waste of time. Waste ofmoney. Look at the attached pic. That's how much I got served. When I mentioned to the staff that the portion was little, the man in... charge said "Thats what it's suppose to be. 12 to 15 pieces." I counted the pieces. I got 11. Eleven small pieces. Read more
Mostly I stopped at this location to get my tea and coffee for my friends. Sometime it?s getting long lineup however it?s moving... fast as their service speed-up by one?s taking order and other one on servings side. I always used their Tim Rewards apps andgetting free drinks most of time like 3:5 plus points collect. Read more
I love coming to Tim Hortons. Overall, I am very pleased with the overall experience from placing my order to receiving my... order. Most of the time, the cashier is very friendly and efficient as there is almost always a very long line. Service is quickand accurate.
