If there was an option of giving negative stars would have done that. Pathetic. Just pathetic food quality. I ordered for a... cripy chicken bacon wrap Which usually has ranch and chipotle sauce in it. I was given a wrap with no other sauces other thansome watery mayo in it The chicken pieces in it also looked stale although just fried.. Tim has substandard quality aroundtoronto. The manager/supervisor with the glasses at this location tells her workers to secretly charge customers extra money. It worked... on my mom several times but one day my mom noticed that they were charging extra, so she called them out on it and theytherefore stopped doing it to her. Watch out for how much money they?re charging you because they?re trying to secretlyovercharge you. Terrible customer service. Read more

Yesterday, I had bad experience in Tim hortons. I ordered 2 southwest chicken wrap. The lady who was at the back made the wrap.... I took the wrap. And when I opened the wrap, then I realized that this is not the right one. I ordered crispy southwest chickenwrap but she made simple crispy chicken sandwich. I went back and informed the gentleman who was at the front desk. He said,some one will come and I wait, one lady came, I said there is no corn and it?s just a simply chicken wrap. She said I willconfirm with the lady who made the wrap. The lady came back and said I think, you already ate the corn and might be it?s at thebottom. I politely said, no, I have not ate. I just open it.The second lady again said, I think you ate. Then I said I m notlying. You can open the wrap even. Then finally the 3 lady came, she behaved so awkward. Even I donot have the words to explainthe situation. She argued with me, then she check the order history, finally she realized that this is the mistake from theirend. She said, I will make the wrap, firstly you have to throw the wrap. She made and she came back to me and firstly, she tookthe bag from my hand then she throw the bag with old wrap in dustbin. she was thinking that I was lying. And the lady was veryrude. I will never come to this tim hortons again whose supervisor thinks their customers are theive. I think, the owner has toput more attention how their employees are working and behaving with their customers. Please have some true value of humanity,empathy and good communication. Read more

The staff including the onsite supervisor was extremely slow. It took well over 10 mins to get a simple small coffee and muffin.... There was 3 people behind the counter and they managed to run out of dark roast coffee ???????????. I definitely wouldn't bevisiting this location again!! Read more

Used to be my favourite Tim Hortons. Four years later, it has degraded to the point that there are two long lineups; when it is... not busy, there's 1 long lineup, which is still as bad. Typically, there is only 2 people taking the orders while 1 personprepares food in the back. This location is understaffed, so I order through the app right before I arrive. No waiting to placemy order. I highly recommend using the app for this location. Read more

I have a sweet tooth and love anything sweet. But yesterday I ordered a Hershey?s hot chocolate from Tim Hortons. It was... terribly sweet. I couldn?t take more than a sip. I don?t even want to give a star for this . I took it home and tried tolighten the sweetness by adding some milk. The sweetness was still there. Had to throw away the drink. Waste of money.
