Worst customer service. There,a lady with scarf i gave her 4$ coins, she looks so mad and said OMG .. Cause she wasn,t know how... to count coins . it was so funny .also there bangali lady workers are so rude and illiterate. Near my house there,s 3 TimHortons which have very bad service now day by day. bangali ladies talks eachother dosnt matter how long customer waiting. Theylooks so frustrated. Read more
Worst customer service. I placed the mobile order of veggie bowl, pumpkin latte and redeye iced coffee at 10:00pm. I went to... pickup my order after 15 mins of placing an order, the lady at the counter did not prepare the order. After asking her, she saidshe couldn't do the veggie bowl as they are CLOSING IN 45 MINs. 45 minutes?? She told me to get donuts instead. She then askedme where I live as I reached there after 1 hour according to her (1 hour and she was not able to prepare the order lol). I askedher to check the time on a receipt. She started blaming me as if it was somehow my fault for not getting the mobile order right.How can anyone mess up the mobile order? I asked her to get the vanilla iced capp instead and the original drinks, and shemessed up those drinks as well. Forget about the customer service, she didn't even know how to deal this situationmaturely. Please avoid this place as most of the reviews show how poor the customer service is and how the lady at the counterforces us to get items that are already available on the shelf. Didn't know since when Tim Hortons started deciding for us whatfood to eat. Read more

Worst Tim Hortons ever. Came in for a dozen of donuts and ice caps. A lady working there picked out what she wanted instead of... what we wanted. The Muslim lady working here is terrible. One time, I visited this Tims, I asked for Potato Wedges and she said we don?t have... them when she clearly had them but she didn?t want to give me coz she was using her phone. Today, I visited this Tims again inthe hope this time she will give me my order. I asked her if she have Potato Wedges and if they are fresh. She said yes they arefresh. When I left the store, I realized not only the wedges were cold as ice but they weren?t even fresh. Terrible lady and herpoor customer service. She should be fired. I don?t know how come these people are even given an opportunity to work when theydon?t even bother to serve customers properly. Read more

This place can get busy because it's in a gas station. But people are usually ordering just coffee. I tried to get a bagel here... one late afternoon but they were out. Also there are only 2 people working here. Most of the time just one; so when someoneorders a sandwich, they have to stop the entire line to make it. This makes the line get long. When I visited this place I had an offer for Breakfast biscuit so I asked for that and they did not have biscuit so I asked can... you give me wrap instead but the lady declined my request saying she can only give English Muffin. I did tell her that what Iwant you don?t have it, so you can give me wrap instead of biscuit but she did not listen and argued saying I can only getEnglish Muffin so I had to get that only as I was already coming from one Tims where they did not have the drink(french vanilla)that I wanted. This is the worst Tim Hortons in the city. Staff aren?t properly trained and they have zero customer service skills. I went... today in the morning and got two coffees and when I was putting them in the tray one of the coffees spilled and I noticed thatthe lid wasn?t closing properly. I asked her for another lid and a napkin to clean up the spilled coffee and she waved her handtelling me to go and that I?m taking too much time. Anyways I went in my car and drove off and when I reached my destination Iwent to drink the other coffee and it turns out that the lid of that cup was the same as the other one and all the coffee gotspilled on me. Thankfully the coffee was cold but if it wasn?t I would have burned myself. Someone needs to sue them and onlythen they might take the right precautions.
