Whole store was dirty, not to mention their washing beyond dirty. Staff was not even trained properly, put too much caramel in... my ice cappuccino, I did not even went back to complain. Staff were very rude, talking in their own language and looking at you and laughing. Service is very slow. They are very slow.... My order was placed before 3 peoples orders and everyone had their orders and left the store and they asked me what I waswaiting for. Whatever happened to diversity, we are in Canada. All staff should speak English, especially when busy. In the endI was so disappointed my order was wrong. This team needs to get their act together. So extremely disappointed in TimHortons. I ordered online through the app. DoorDash delivered. The paper take-out bag was not fully closed. It was half- opened. NOT... SAFE AT ALL. The food got cold when it arrived.
