I frequent this Tim Hortons. Generally, it's been good location until recently. I think the staff is generally helpful, and have... a good attitude. However, the service has been declining. Examples: - I watched an employee fill my ice coffee to the brim, andthen adds 3 pieces of ice to it. My ice coffee was still warm - This time, they overfilled my ice coffee (with little ice), andby the time I got into my car, it was dripping all over. - Ordered chicken noodle soup one time, and when I got home, it was 95%liquid and 5% noodle & chicken lol Read more

Ordered deliveries from this location a few times. Paid for iced latte, gave me iced coffee with cream instead, every single... time. I mean if you are gonna cheat the customers, at least make an unsweetened version iced coffee. Cream cheese on bagel isalso a joke. Read more

Came in early on Saturday am in October, had to place a largish order (15 breakfast sandwiches). Staff were accommodating,... friendly and got the order ready in a reasonable amount of time, and went over the order with me afterwards to confirm all wascorrect. Much appreciated. Read more
