The overall experience for me was good. Bought a coffee, a muffin and a wrap. The restaurant was nice and clean. The washroom... was clean too. The staff and service were friendly and good. The only if they would improve was the guy in the front counterdipping donuts in the sprinkles. He wore a hair net, it would be good if he wore a mask when he did the donuts. It is located in a convenient place with drive-thru. It is neat and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. The doughnuts were... tasty. Good location with a drive thru. Only problem is they do not maximize their drive thru in a parking lot that is not the... greatest. I believe management is trying to show better drive thru stats by holding drivers at window 1 and does not utilizewindow 2 to get quicker drive thru stats. Clean and neat Tim Hortons location. Very large parking area with Drive In and Dine In option. Staffs are very good and... friendly, Washrooms are neat and clean. Every time I come to this location, they are slow and rude. They often forget about you and your order. My chicken noodle soup... today tasted old and overcooked. They also forgot my bread even after they looked at what was in the bag. I don?t recommendcoming here ever. Read more
