Usually go to this Wendy's since the food and service seems to be better here in comparison with other Wendy locations. Food is... hot and fresh and the staff are good with customer service. Staff are fast with getting food out. They got indoor and outdoorseating and free WiFi. Restaurant is clean although they are sometimes are out of one of the following at the self serviceplace: cup lids, ketchup or ketchup cups, napkins, or straws. Today when I visited, their pop machine was pretty much out ofeverything except diet soda which kind of sucked. But that might be a supplier issue and not really the fault of workers. Read more

Went into the Kennedy Road location it was quiet and comfy staff were excellent and courtesy. First time having breakfast there... actually was trying to find the one on midland got lost and decided to see which other one was nearby. Glad we didn't find thatone as the experience maybe would be different. Read more

First time visiting this Wendy's location. It's brand new for sure and the entire restaurant looks new and parking lot is new... from the asphalt. Plenty of parking so there should be no issue getting a parking space. Inside is simple but I fell the numberof seats is limited during busy periods. The self serve check out machines could be better place elsewhere as a couple of themare too close to the counter. Also the screen of the self serve check out machine are too low for taller people. Skip the dishes order #482072016 Poutine has been delivered with beacon on it! I ordered a simple poutine, this was the worst... experience! I was hungry and disappointed coz I dont eat beacon! Should get more responsible staff to work things out as perclient?s request because these are things in which you pay full attention. Food and time got wasted here. Read more
