Edit in response to owner - I understand human error but this was our 2nd time ordering and receiving 7 per box. In a previous... message you told a customer that boneless comes 9 in a box. Either way, a 20% increase over the last few months is steep;however, as you are aware of how inflation is affecting both restaurants and the families that support them, it would be helpfulto at least ensure the quantity of food is being met. Original post: Raised the prices but reducing the number of wings perbox. Chicken wings aren't so expensive that they need to raise the price while reducing the amount you get from 9 in a box to 7.And no, it's not by weight because some are downright tiny. I don't know if this is the restaurant's or head office's decision,but please pass on the feedback to stop reducing the amount of wings per box. $18.75+tax for 7 wings and fries, or $45.99+ taxfor 21 wings for "3 people" is absurd. went in and bought 2 veggie burger meals and got home to find the burger was so dry and hard you couldn?t bite it. They gave me... a credit and today I went back which was about 3 weeks later and used the credit. Well the burgers were worse and like last timefries were also dry. I also bought onion rings I felt bad so added them and paid for them and they forgot the ranch dip I askedfor that was for the onion rings . I was told maybe the burgers weren?t thawed enough but today was told they follow cookinginstructions and maybe they would just take them off the menu. The wife wanted some wings for her birthday so we went there on Saturday June 25th 2022. We ordered a classic triple and an... order of poppers for take out. The girl taking our order was pleasant but the food was unedible. We made it home in 5 minutespulled the food out and proceeded to eat. Right away we noticed that something was wrong. It tasted like they dropped the foodin a salt bucket then sauced it to hide the fact. We both tried one wing from each container. Our gums burned from the salt. Thewings had a gritty feel to them. No amount of sauce could hide it. We hoped that the poppers would at least be edible but theylooked like they we sitting under a heat lamp for a week. When we tore one open it looked of mold inside. We had to throw theentire order out. It was so disgusting. We called the place to make a complaint but they said that the manager was not in andthat they could not do anything about it. I was also told that they would pass the info along with my name and number to themanager and that he/she would get back to me. It's now Tuesday and they have avoided me so I decided to leave the review incaseanyone else is thinking about going there to eat. Plastic wrap inside the salad that was ordered, serious health hazard, quite unacceptable. We ordered wings and ribs as well,... both tasted good, but were very cold, especially the ribs. Read more
This place is absolutely disgusting! We were brought out breaded wings, we asked for classic wings... the fries were super cold... ! We complained asked for new ones , when brought new ones they seemed like they were put back in the oil and were overcookeddried out and tasted like old oil....the fountain pop had a moldy taste, we were given a bill of 66 dollars and asked to speakto management or the owner and neither would come to our table and speak to us... the lack of professionalism and customerservice is sickening... please don't go to this location and save your money ! Got chicken tenders that had calamari cooked into one of them.. we were confused when my boyfriend took a bite and pulled out a... full piece of calamari instead of chicken. Fries were also overcooked. Service takes a long time so you're in for a wait afteryou order food. Read more
