Took over an hour to find out my order was not even placed , they kept hanging up on me until I called from a different number... they didn't correct the situation and customer service was very rude. No stars if possible Read more
I?ve ordered a couple of times from this location and wings were really good. My most recent order was inedible. Ended up... throwing away 2 lbs. of jerk wings and 1 lb of Caribbean. They were completely dried out, no sauce or flavour. It was like theywere cooked in a dehydrator. After reading so many of the same complaints you?d think they might do something about theirquality control. So disappointing! Read more

Absolutely love their concept of baked and not fired. The wings are so tender and slide off the bone. A bit pricier compared to... the other location I go to but they have awesome hot sauce here that I can't seem to get enough of. Service is always friendlyhere, the actual store needs a do over but I guess it doesn't really matter since this isn't really a dine-in restaurant. Read more
