If I could give this business no stars I would....very unprofessional from the manager on down, if it wasn't for the fact that I... work in the area...manager doesn't know how to treat customer and is NASTY!!! Boston Market is a throwback to the old days when cafeterias like Horn and Hardart, the and the Bellmore flourished and bridged... the gap between eating off of paper and a sit down and order from a wait staff person lunch or dinner. Sorta like fast food withcharacter. For the same price of a Big Mac and large fries you can "dine" on a roast turkey, baked cod or chicken dinner servedon a plate with real silverware. Now don't get me wrong. This is not fine dinning, but it's a large step up from cholesterolladen burgers and fries... Go to their site and register, they send out useful coupons. Read more

My grandma thought it was a good idea to buy thanksgiving dinner instead of cooking and what a bad idea ! This was disgusting... as you can through the images. Not even edible ! EVERYTHING was swimming in water except for the the desert dry turkey. By farthe worst thanksgiving food ever ! I?ve never even been to Boston Market and this was an awful introduction. Read more

Love this place! I usually order the 3 piece chicken with 2 sides. Chicken is consistently moist and tasty. Plenty of choices... for the sides. Even the mixed vegetables are a nice, healthy choice. Place is clean, but can probably use an upgrade. Serviceconsistently friendly. Read more

I don't know if they're having a hard time staffing people or if the recession has caused them to cut corners but this place was... awful. Food was not fresh, the items were not well stocked, chickens were not roasting in the rotisserie, instead were on traysin the oven. They didn't have any chicken sandwiches nor were there any other patrons on a Sunday afternoon. I only gave them 2stars because the staff was polite and hard working. Read more
