the server sioban DID NOT FILL MY BOWL!!! and i got charged for half a salad! never coming back here ever again
Food wise my salad was a 10/10. i'm very familiar with the menu and how the orders are taken . However what leaves me to write... this 2 star review was my service. I was served by this passive aggressive male on Friday May 27th around 3pm. As I was tellinghim what I wanted, I pointed from the glass (i did not reach my hand over the food) but he gestured his hand in a push/shoomanner and rolled his eyes implying that i do not point because of covid. I didn't appreciate that he made me feel like I wassome type of germ. Had he said "excuse me" or "im sorry ma'am do you mind not pointing" instead of shoving his hand towards myface, I wouldn't be upset. I don't plan on returning here as great as my food was because he made me feel bad anduncomfortable. naturally we point at what we want, it's one thing if i actually hovered my arm over the food, but i didn't. assoon as i raised my finger he got defensive and aggressive towards me. Was a regular until I received a salad with a giant bug in it tonight. When Chopt first opened here it was soooo good but the... salads haven't been great lately. So disappointing. Tonight I got a salad and it tasted great for the first time in a while andthen once i reached about 3/4 through my salad I found a bug in it. I will attach photos. Read more

The lines are so much shorter when they stopped chopping the salads. My go to is the Mexican caesar with fried chicken! Yummy! I... absolutely love the hospitality here also. Wow!!! I just left there and the line was 20 people deep. Who would have thought that a salad oulet would have such popularity.... They have all your traditional salads made for you right in front of your eyes, so you get them fresh all the time. At lunchtime, lots of business people, single people, and moms just enjoying salads with their kids. They only sell salads and somegrain bowls, so if you love the greens and lots of toppings, I highly recommended. This is my favorite place to go eat. It gets pretty crowded around lunch time especially on the weekends but the service is fast... and they have you in and out easily. Sitting down to eat is also great because of how many tables there are and how comfortablethe seats are. They have a great variety of food and it always tastes great. Would recommend the kale caesar with heart of palmand a lime. Read more
My go to place, but most of the veteran employees have left and the new guy needs major training. He stopped midway of getting... my greens to ring up my order, very unclean and just nasty.
