I can't vouch that the food at El Barrio is authentic Mexican food ( I tend to doubt that General Tso's Cauliflower tacos are... sold by street vendors in Mexico City), but what they sell is tasty, well presented and reasonably priced. So if you're apurist, sorry, but if you like good food and drink in a friendly atmosphere, well this is the place. We've been back many timessince my first review and El Barrio is consistently good. Really nice Taco spot. The atmosphere, including the decoration and music, gives it a warm feeling. Waiting staff was attentive... and very friendly, with our orders being taken very quickly. Food came out after what must have felt like being just a fewminutes and tasted great. Drinks were also good and so was the dessert. The seating arrangement are generous and I did not feelsqueezed in. The menu is small, only being one page. Finding parking in the area can be tricky, and the it did feel cold indoors(my visit was in early March). Overall I would definitely visit again, and it is among my most liked Taco restaurants inWestchester. Read more

Went here because Fish Gourmet didnt have indoor dinning. 2 people ate. Service is good. Had chips & guacamole 5 small mini... tacos mostly filled with radish and two margaritas cost $85 plus tip. I'm still a bit hungry. I would say this is a good stopfor appetizers/drinks with friends, good music. Read more
What a find! Not your typical Mexican street food but some really creative VEGAN friendly creations. Highly recommend the... pineapple gazpacho and chayote dishes. The quatro-Leches desert was fantastic Best of all they have plenteous OUTDOOR DININGand great service. If you're in mid-Westchester you won't be disappointed ! Read more
