It took two hours for my food to be delivered . I asked for my food to be mild spicy and they also ignored that request . When... we had asked the delivery man what happened, he said “idk it took me just 4 minutes to get here and then continued to be rude.This is the worst service i’ve ever had at a restaurant , called twice , 30 minutes in between and they ignored my call afterthe first . If you want good thai food, with an accurate wait time , go to ChU Chok Thai in sleepyhollow. They have betterquality service and food. Read more
Ordered delivery & live 3 miles from the restaurant. After 70+ minutes, I called the restaurant and was told “he just left 10... minutes ago. You just have to wait.” That was fun. Well, another 20 minutes later and still no food, maybe they deliver viamessenger pigeon? After a follow-up call went unanswered, an overworked (and likely undervalued/underpaid) employee deliveredour food. 95 minutes later. Was the food remotely hot? We all know it was not. Is this the end of the world? No. Would Irecommend ordering from here? I’d rather eat gas station sushi. Read more
Not sure if there has been an change of management but the food quality has gone down and the prices have increased excessively.... I called to place a take out order for a pad Thai with no meat and a drunken noodles with shrimp. $ 51 dollars … I asked ifthis was a dinner portion and the individual rudely screamed that there was only one size. With so many options for great Thaido yourself a favor and eat elsewhere! Read more
This used to be a fav place for me but l had a bad experience.When I called to order food the waiter shouted, what do you want ?... (Can you believe!).. I thought I didnt hear properly but he repeated the same again. We thought may be he doesn’t speakenglish well, ignore it for the good food :) We ordered fried rice and tum yum soup. The rice was very oily. The basil friedrice was too spicy and salty. The tum yum soup sweet .Not going back here again. Read more
I used to LOVE this restaurant. I called them today placing an order and they asked what tip to leave. I live about a 5 minute... walk from the restaurant, so I said leave a 5 dollar tip. The person on the phone said it would be two hours and then hung up. I called back again and asked if they said two hours and they told me yes two hours because of the little tip. They told me IfI wanted to leave a bigger tip then the order would arrive faster because nobody wants to leave the restaurant for a 5 dollartip. I will never be ordering from them again. Read more
I have ordered items from here many times. Last weekend I called and the lady was so rude. I asked for vegetable friend rice (I... order that every time) and she said what kind of fried rice. There is only one type of vegetable fried rice. She was not at allinterested in taking the order and she hung up. Like literally banged the phone in my face. I tried calling her again and noanswer. She just wouldn’t pick up. Haven’t had such a terrible experience in Scarsdale. Pls try many Asian deliciousrestaurants on central Avenue. People are much nicer and kinder. Read more
I've had Thai food hundreds of times, and the tamarind duck is one of my favorites. It usually comes with the thick sweet and... sour tamarind sauce, juicy yet crispy-skinned duck, and some delicious white rice to go with it. This tamarind duck was dry,old, and such a tiny portion to boot, about half the size of my palm, and, at $18.50, I’m sadly not exaggerating. The rice isold and bland and the vegetables are flavorless. The spring roll was the worst part of all! Or was it the Thai Iced Coffee thattasted like a pound of sugar?? Or was it when the waitress double-checked in my to-go bag, which only had one item, yet still Iopened my bag to find no cutlery? And yes I left a small tip for pickup! Geez!
