I was able to pay Sea Flame Steakhouse a visit countless times for lunch which was excellent but for my past anniversary, I got... to visit for their dinner service. The layout has shifted with a bar located in the rear vs. the entrance which opens up thedining room for a lot of openness and table space. Pictured are the burrata, wedge salad, thick cut bacon, surf & turf, primerib Oscar style, and the ice cream sundae with schlag. The appetizers were very fresh and generously portioned. The bartendermade a custom drink that was strong yet flavorful that paired nicely with the meal. The burrata wasn’t as milky as I expectedwhich I personally enjoyed and having it with the salad and bacon made it a great starter course. The steaks were both amazing.I had steak from the majority of Westchester based steakhouses and Sea Flame is definitely giving them great competition. Myfavorite dish was the sundae. Something about their version of whipped cream (schlag) made this ice cream treat truly memorable.Looking forward to stopping to celebrate an accomplishment, another anniversary or simply another great steakhouse experience. This review is not mostly about the server but the manager on site . I watched him touch other tables and never greeted or... acknowledged us even within 1 foot of being table side Well so much for the restaurants 5 foot rule !!! Wasn’t given a steakknife for my filet mignon No one checked back on us after 2 bites or 2 min Now to his defense he was busy and he was NICE. NoCOMPLAINTS AT ALL TOWARDS THE TEAM - just their boss ! No one checked back on us for taste As for the food -I honestly have hadbetter except for the risotto -the sauce was excellent I also must say the busser and food runner wasEXCELLENT, and WELCOMINGand even though I feel like we weren’t serviced through the proper steps of service those 2 guys really did go above andbeyond.As for the manager in the blue tuxedo you should treat all patrons with respect and add on to the experience- not take itaway Would not recommend here unless you just want to order and get your food ask for the check and leave. I am in love with so many things about seaflame but my favorite menu options are the crab stuffed shrimp with risotto, lobster... Mac and cheese and the baked clams! This is a great place to come for a celebration, date or lunch/dinner with a friend. Theyrecently launched a lunch menu which is amazing as well and you cannot beat the price for the quality of food you receive here.Definitely my go to for seafood !!! Read more

Where do I start the mash potatoes was lumpy with little brown things in it. The lobster Mac and cheese was just Mac and cheese.... The steak had no flavor. I will stick to Ruth Chris and Old homestead steak house. I completely wasted my money. Never again thehost was not pleasant and was looking at me as if I was in the wrong place. I should have known better it’s Scarsdale. I am afoodie and this was terrible. I eat from many restaurants this goes down as the Worst. I spent $139.45 and ended up throwing thetrash. Checked out Sea Flame Seafood & Steakhouse in Eastchester/Scarsdale today for lunch. We got there before they opened but they... offered us a table to sit while they opened, which was very nice. I love getting wine with my meals but since losing mytaste/smell back in August... I now default to spicy margaritas. I asked if they could make one (not on menu). The waiter didsay that they didn't normally make those but would see what they could do. I did say, no biggie if you cant... I'd just have aregular marg. Well, he brought out my spicy margarita... I took a sip and was wowed at how good it was. The waiter said theydidn't have jalapeños etc in the restaurant normally but the cook staff had their own stash for their food. So they cut uptheir OWN jalapeños and muddled them in my drink. If that's not the epitome of customer service, I don't know what is. Kudosfor the staff for going above and beyond for my drink. We were surprisingly disappointed during our visit. After arriving, and a short wait, we were asked what type of water we... preferred. That water never arrived, setting the tone for our experience. After another wait we were finally given anopportunity to order drinks, and to remind our waiter that we were still waiting for water. It was almost impossible to read themenus as the lighting was so dim. The drinks arrived, but were not impressive. My Sazerac tasted watery. For an appetizer, weeach ordered a salad. The salads were fine, but I would expect a Caesar salad to have anchovies for the price they wereasking. Next we ordered dinner. Our meal arrived and our bread plates were cleared without ever receiving bread, which had beendelivered to neighboring tables. We then requested and received bread. The onion roll may have been the highlight of mymeal. My wife enjoyed her stuffed shrimp. My lamb chops and sauteed spinach both seemed to be unseasoned. Overall, the qualityof the meal and the service seemed completely out of line with the high prices. We will not be returning. Read more
