Service was very rude. She kept looking at her watch and rolling her eyes while taking my order. Than she said she didn't have... any more vanilla but there was enough for a small milkshake and her collegue gave it to another customer who came in after me.Horrible will never visit this location again. I got a double scoop of the Beach Day ice cream and there was NOT A SINGLE GRAHAM CRACKER CHUNK in the whole 2 thing. And Id... checked the tub before she made it to be sure there were a lot in there (its literally the best part). So for there not to havebeen a single piece, I feel like she literally would have had to TRY to avoid every piece. *****I went back twice since I leftthis review, hoping it was just a one off thing. Nope. AGAIN, NO graham cracker chunks! And both times I asked if they could"PLEASE aim for the graham cracker pieces because there wasn't a single one in my last 2 ice creams" (obviously I knows theyaren't going to dig through the tub... I was looking at the tub and there was a big cluster of them right there at the top. So Iwas just asking if she could possibly start there.) What a great place! Wonderful, friendly staff. Amazing ice cream!!! Explains how they've been in business since 1912. Highly... recommended for anyone visiting, worth the short wait in a long line. Staff served ice water while in line on the moderately hotday. Read more

I was excited to try a new drink today, so I stopped by this location to get it. The set up is a BR counter and a DD counter.... There were at least 3 people working, and NO ONE greeted me. In fact, they ignored me and helped THREE other people who came inafter me. I only got served because I requested someone to come over and take care of me.
